Did anyone else hear the rumour about Ice Cube playing Mr T in the forthcoming John Singleton adaptation of hit 70’s show The A Team? What’s wrong with Mr T playing Mr T?
Regardless, it’s an excuse to play some Ice T…
and some vintage anti-cracker rap from Ice Cube.
While we’re at it, which Ice was better?

I’d rather see Ice-T as Mr-T at least he pumps iron a lot and actually has a T in his name, even if it is for Tracy.

I always had Ving Rhames down for this part…

Power wasn’t the first rap tape i bought but i’d say it was probably the most important of my just-pre-teen years and that’s before you even factor in jerking off over Darlene on the cover(s).
It’s a shame that Ice T often gets forgotten these days. He was the first one to introduce so much stuff in rap and O.G is as good and important as the first 2 ‘Cube albums or Efil4zaggin.
Ice Cube is probably the better rapper as he has a bigger catalogue and is still capable of moments of brilliance today (Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It, 80’s Babies with WC from last year) but Ice T will always be the man.
