Holy f*cking shit, to quote an Onionism. So Joaquin Phoenix quits acting, starts rapping and has a penchant for Trends Of Culture. We watched the interview and thought the Wu tang influence was predictable and let’s face it, even the Queen Of Britain knows Rakim is a GOD MC but then he dropped the Trends reference. He quite rightly refers to them as a “trio from Harlem that a lot of people slept on”. We couldn’t agree more. Joaquin, we praise you O Gladiatorial one.
This now begs the question, which other actors rap or have rapped? Over the coming days Fat Lace will investigate. Well we already know the answers and we’ll be dropping some bombs on you, so hold tight.
